The 2017 Ohio Concussion Summit brings together experts on the nature of a concussion, changes that take place in the brain that has been injured, how a concussion is diagnosed and treated, as well as recommendations for optimal post-concussion recovery.

This event will include the following:

• Distinguished experts from OhioHealth, the Ohio State University Medical Center, and the University of Dayton, as well as Veteran Services, will provide the most comprehensive information on concussion diagnosis, management and complications.

• Break-out sessions will offer the opportunity for in-depth consideration of practical measures that promote optimal recovery for youth returning to the learning environment as well as adults resuming routine activities of work or driving.
