The Columbus Community Bill of Rights:

1. Gathered over 12,000 valid signatures;

2. Passed legal requirements — Columbus City Council approved the ballot initiative;

3. Two people (oil-and-gas-related) filed a complaint to the Franklin County Board of Elections;

4. The Franklin County Board of Elections voted “no” without hearing any testimony;

5. Columbus Community Bill of Rights filed a complaint to the Ohio Supreme Court;

6. The Ohio Supreme Court rendered a “no” decision — not based on the Franklin County Board of Elections argument;

7. Columbus Community Bill of Rights filed another complaint on the Ohio Supreme Court argument

Let the Ohio Supreme Court justices know that we demand justice for Columbus!

Bring your signs, drums, and voices; we’ll have extra signs and bandanas!
