Sunday, December 23, 5-7pm, Columbus Division of Police, 120 Marconi Blvd.

On December 7, Julius Tate, Jr., a 16-year-old black teen, was the 12th person to be killed by the Columbus Division of Police. His own mother stated that he was killed in “cold blood.” His murder is a continuation of the violence that CPD has done against its most vulnerable communities.

Now, CPD is trying to pin his murder on Masonique Saunders, Julius’ girlfriend.

Show up and prove that not only do we want just #JusticeForJulius and #JusticeForMasonique, but that we as a community are determined to protect each other in the future.

Bring candles, stuffed animals, photos, and more.

Hosted by Ohio University Student Union.
