A statewide gathering of local chapters of the national Move to Amend organization that is calling for a U.S. Constitutional amendment to reverse several U.S. Supreme Court decisions during the past century and thereby to firmly establish that corporations are not people and that money is not free speech.

This event will include the following:

• Keynote speakers: Leesa “George” Friday and David Cobb from the National Move to Amend Leadership Team

• Reporting on and sharing the work across the state during the past twelve months

• Workshops on outreach to labor, outreach to interfaith communities, prison industrial complex/black lives matter, introduction to Move to Amend, participatory messaging, and how to use arts and culture to educate, inspire and mobilize

• Proposals for goals, projects and activities for the next year
