Join Us for a Barnstorm Event to Win Medicare For All!

The U.S. healthcare system is cruel, broken, and needlessly expensive. Insurance companies rake in billions while far too many people in America go without the health care they need. It’s time we have a system that acknowledges that healthcare as a human right — and that system is Medicare for All. Activists from all over the country will be coming together during February to launch this campaign to win Medicare for All during a National Week of Action.

The momentum is on our side and we need to keep the pressure on to build it even further. We’ve been promised hearings on single payer health care during this session of Congress! In addition, we will be reintroducing our state bills in the Ohio House and Senate and we are gearing up to have hearings held on both bills and advance them through the legislature.

Sponsored by National Nurses United, this event has the purpose of encouraging our members of the U.S. Congressional House to sponsor H.R. 676, Medicare for All, and encourage Speaker Pelosi to bring it up for a vote. All interested are encouraged to attend.
