Anti-DeWine PAC Releases New “Democrats for DeSwine” Ad Questioning DeWine’s Relationship with Biden
Homebound Entrepreneurs Against DeWines goes after Republican Governor Mike DeWine for avoiding former President Donald Trump, embracing President Joe Biden
To keep the general election season interesting, the anti-DeWine PAC Homebound Entrepreneurs Against DeWines has released another quirky ad called “Democrats for DeSwine,” which takes on Governor Mike DeWine’s real relationship with President Joe Biden. The ad features the vocal talents of comedian James Adomian.
Fresh off of its latest ad “Meet The DeSwines” that was released last week, the PAC’s new video “Democrats for DeSwine” goes after Governor DeWine for constantly attacking President Biden in his campaign ads and rhetoric, while simultaneously meeting with him at the Intel plant groundbreaking as recently as last week. DeWine also served with Biden in the U.S. Senate.
Counter this with what many conservative voters in Ohio have noticed –– that when it came to meeting with former President Donald Trump, DeWine claimed to have COVID not only once, but twice. Despite this charade, DeWine still touted a coveted Trump endorsement before shaking Biden’s hand last week. Needless to say, the double standard is questionable at best.
“It’s just more two-faced politicking from ol’ Two-Faced Mike DeWine,” said former Libertarian candidate for governor Travis Irvine, who is the PAC’s treasurer and ran against DeWine in 2018. “DeWine can’t have it both ways –– touting the endorsement from the former president while only meeting with the current president is yet another reason to #SpillDeWine this year.”
As was the case in 2018, Irvine is joining a growing movement of conservative Ohio voters who refuse to vote for either of The DeWines in the upcoming general election this November.
