Just a month ago, the State Budget was finalized and once again gave millions of dollars in funding to anti-abortion centers, more commonly known as “Crisis Pregnancy Centers”. These centers say they support parents and families, but research has shown that they rely on coercion and lies to deceive the people coming to them for help. 

Last year we received funding from the City of Columbus to research the tactics used by Crisis Pregnancy Centers in the city – and part of that research includes holding community meetings to learn about residents' experiences with CPCs and having conversations about what programs and projects the city should support in order to ensure that all parents, children, and families thrive in our city. We know that funding CPCs is not the answer – join us and talk about what the city should do!
