HB 41 VOTER REGISTRATION Will modify the law concerning challenges to voter registrations, the appointment of observers, and absent voting, and to change the manner in which counties may use reimbursements for voting machine acquisitions.

HB 58 CURSIVE HANDWRITING  Will require the Department of Education to include supplemental instructional materials in cursive handwriting in the English language arts model curriculum.

HB 92 PUBLIC INDECENCY  Will require an offender who knowingly commits the offense of public indecency under certain circumstances involving exposure of private parts likely to be viewed by minors and for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification to register as a Tier I sex offender/child-victim offender if the judge orders registration.

HB 119 SNAP  Eligibility and benefits under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program and the Medicaid program and the use of the term substance abuse disorder in statutes regarding the Board of Nursing.

HB 131 PHYSICAL THERAPY Will modify the laws governing the practice of physical therapy.

HB 156 VISION CARE INSURANCE - Limitations imposed by health insurers on vision care services.

HB 271 ACCESSIBILITY LAWS Will authorize an alleged aggrieved party to provide a notice of an alleged accessibility law violation in advance of filing a civil action and to establish the circumstances under which an alleged aggrieved party is entitled to attorney's fees in a civil action based on the violation.

HB 286 PALLIATIVE CARE Will create the Palliative Care and Quality of Life Interdisciplinary Council and a related education program, to require identification of patients and residents who could benefit from palliative care, to authorize hospice care programs to provide palliative care in their inpatient facilities or units to non-hospice patients, to specify that Medicaid coverage for palliative care is not being expanded, to modify the pain management clinic licensing law relative to certain palliative care patients, and to authorize the Director of Health to approve the transfer of certain nursing home beds to a facility in a contiguous county.

HB 291 GOVERNMENT INSURANCE Will allow certain political subdivisions to adopt a policy authorizing the use of an "employee dishonesty and faithful performance of duty policy" instead of individual surety bonds for officers, employees, and appointees who are otherwise required by law to give bond before entering upon the discharge of duties.

HB 402 TELEPHONE REGULATION Will  revise state regulation of telephone companies.

HB 454 CEMETERY LOTS Will require a township to offer compensation to responsive owners of certain unused cemetery lots and rights.

HB 464 STROKE PATIENTS Will provide for recognition of stroke centers and establishment of protocols for assessment, treatment, and transport to hospitals of stroke patients.

HB 480 MULTI-PARCEL AUCTIONS Will establish requirements governing multi-parcel auctions and to amend Ohio's foreclosure procedures.

HB 494 FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS Will specify that a franchisor is not the employer of a franchisee or employee of a franchisee for purposes of the Minimum Fair Wage Standards Law, the Bimonthly Pay Law, the Workers' Compensation Law, the Unemployment Compensation Law, and the Income Tax Law and to require the Director of Administrative Services to establish the women-owned business enterprise program.

SB 51 LAKE ERIE- Willauthorize the creation of a special improvement district to facilitate Lake Erie shoreline improvement, to revise other laws governing taxation and public property and otherwise provide authorization and conditions for the operation of state programs, and to make appropriations.

SB 86 DAY DESIGNATION- Will designate multiple memorial highways and bridges, to create multiple nonstandard license plates, to create multiple special designations, and to designate John Glenn's childhood home as a state historic site.

SB 119 OPIOID MEDICATIONS- Regarding naloxone, naltrexone, and medication-assisted treatment.

SB 145 ABORTION- Will criminalize and create a civil action for dismemberment abortions.

SB 158 ELDER FRAUD- Willdevelop best practices and educational opportunities to combat elder fraud and exploitation and to fine and require full restitution from offenders who are found guilty of certain fraud-related crimes against the elderly.

SB 259 PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS- Will revise the laws regulating physician assistants, dentists, dental hygienists, and expanded function dental auxiliaries.

SB 263 NOTARY PUBLIC-Willenact the Notary Public Modernization Act, to create the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System Utilization Study Committee, to limit the circumstances under which a clerk of court may issue salvage certificates of title until January 1, 2021, to make changes to the law related to motor vehicle salvage data collection, and to revise Ohio law regarding oil and gas land professionals.

SB 273 RATING AGENCIES- Willenact for the Revised Code a definition of the term "insurance rating agency"; to establish standards for data security and for the investigation of and notification to the Superintendent of Insurance of a cybersecurity event; regarding motor vehicle ancillary product protection contracts and motor vehicle service contracts; to authorize domestic surplus lines insurers; regarding cancellation of certain insurance policies; and regarding the regulatory authority of the Superintendent of Insurance.
