Saturday, January 5, 2018, 7:00 – 9:00 PM.  Campaign Kick Off!   Yes We Can Columbus - Columbus Working Families - For the last few months, we've been working to identify candidates for school board and city council who align with our Yes We Can values—values like free and fair democracy. We'll soon be putting these candidates up for an endorsement vote by our membership. We originally planned to ask our membership to vote on our endorsements based on the applications materials alone, but then we realized; what better way to help you make a decision than by inviting you to meet them in person?  We're excited about this next election, and we want all of these candidates to obtain ballot access, especially since they stand for what we all believe in: education for all, housing for all, jobs for all, and opportunity for all. Join us at the Olde Oak this Saturday for our official campaign launch party and help us get these candidates on the ballot!  We're enthusiastic about these candidates, and their commitment to representing everyone in Columbus--not just a wealthy few. We hope to see you there!  Location:  Olde Oak, 62 Parsons Ave., Columbus.  RSVP Here.
