In a world where surface-level interactions have become the norm, We The Outsiderzz is leading a movement to create transformative connections. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to build bridges that link individuals to their deeper selves and to each other, fostering a community where personal stories and struggles are met with empathy and understanding.

Founded in Pickerington and now expanding throughout Columbus, We The Outsiderzz isn’t just another community-building initiative. It’s a movement grounded in the belief that vulnerability is strength, and that real change starts when people can freely express their true selves without fear of judgment. Our approach challenges old beliefs, embraces new perspectives, and encourages people to connect on a deeper, more meaningful level.

However, the journey hasn’t been without adversity. A recent hack led to the loss of hundreds of subscribers, over 20,000 views, and close to a year of hard work. But this setback only fueled our resolve. Co-founders Tony Palmer and Adrian Collins took this as an opportunity to recommit to the mission, digging deeper into their passion to rebuild stronger than ever.

“At We The Outsiderzz, we’re more than a conversation—we’re a safe space where people can discover their purpose, explore their potential, and connect with like-minded individuals,” says Tony Palmer, Co-Founder and CEO. “Our vision is to empower everyone to feel seen, understood, and valued, no matter where they’re from or what they’ve been through.”

Through the podcast, and initiatives like community events, conferences, and more, We The Outsiderzz plans to create spaces where vulnerability is met with support, fostering personal and communal growth. The recent launch of our Kickstarter campaign is just one step toward expanding our reach, allowing us to deepen our impact across Columbus and beyond. Funds raised will help the foundational work in developing the tools we will use to uplift, inspire and empower!

“This campaign is about more than just raising funds—it’s about reigniting a movement,” says Adrian Collins, Co-Founder and COO. “We want to invite businesses, individuals, and everyone in between to join us in creating something that changes lives. Columbus has the potential to become a beacon of authentic connection and personal growth, and we’re here to help make that happen.”

At We The Outsiderzz, we’re building a collective path toward growth, fueled by a shared belief that when people come together with openness and authenticity, they can overcome adversity and achieve greatness. We invite everyone to be part of this movement—whether through sponsorship, collaboration, or simply spreading the word.
