You won’t want to miss Wizard World on June 8-10 at the Columbus Convention Center. Wizard World, Inc. (www.wizardworld.com) produces comic, gaming and pop culture conventions across North America that celebrate the best in pop culture: movies, television, gaming, live entertainment, tech, comics, sci-fi, graphic novels, toys, original art, collectibles, contests and more. A first-class lineup of topical programming and entertainment takes place at each event, with celebrity Q&A's, comics-themed sessions, costume contests, movie screenings, evening parties and more. Wizard World Comic Con Columbus is also the place for cosplay, with fans young and old showing off their best costumes throughout the event. Fans dressed as every imaginable character – and some never before dreamed – will roam the convention floor and participate in the famed Wizard World Costume Contest on Saturday evening.

Here’s a rundown of what’s happening there:

John Cusack and many others will return to Wizard World Comic Con Columbus on Saturday, June 9. Cusack will greet fans, pose for photo ops and sign autographs at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Cusack has been a fixture in feature films for more than three decades, with smaller roles in such films as Sixteen Candles, Stand by Me and Eight Men Out sandwiched around his first two starring roles in Better off Dead... and Say Anything…. He later starred in High Fidelity, for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe. Cusack is also known for his performances in the movies Grosse Pointe Blank, Being John Malkovich, 1408, 2012, Hot Tub Time Machine and The Raven.

In Columbus, Cusack joins a slate that also features Jason Momoa (Aquaman, Justice League), Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War standout Winston Duke, Mike Colter ("Marvel's Luke Cage," "The Defenders"), Billy Boyd (Lord of the Rings), John Barrowman ("Arrow," "Torchwood"), Matt Ryan ("Constantine," "Assassin's Creed: Black Flag"), Jewel Staite ("Firefly," "Stargate: Atlantis"), Sean Maher ("Firefly"), Holly Marie Combs ("Charmed," "Picket Fences") and more.

Some highlights of the more than 50 hours of panels scheduled include:

• Interactive Q&As with Colter (Friday, 6:30 p.m.), Winkler (Saturday, 2:30 p.m.), Barrowman (Sunday, 1:30 p.m.), Kevin Sorbo ("Hercules," "Andromeda," Saturday, noon), Billy Boyd (Lord of the Rings)

• Group session with Combs and Carpenter (Saturday, 1 p.m.), Staite and Maher (Sunday, 12:30 p.m.) and Park and Logan (Saturday, 5 p.m.)

• Disney Trivia panel with Walt Before Mickey stars Thomas Ian Nicholas (Rookie of the Year) and Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite) (Saturday, 2 p.m.)

• Creator-themed hours featuring industry superstars Mike Watson (Freestyle Komics), Mostafa Moussa (" Superman," "Fantastic Four"), Shawn Coss ("Cyanide & Happiness"), Steve Geiger ("Punisher," "Spider-Man"), Kurt Lehner ("Gargoyles," "Marvel Action Hour"), and more

• Voice Actor Q&A with Maile Flanagan, the voice of Naruto There is also an Anime VIP only Meet-and-greet with Maile and friends! (Saturday, 5:30 p.m.)

• Fan-based panels on subjects ranging from Comic Shop talk, self promotion, Marvel vs. DC, self publishing, storytelling, podcasting, props & armor and more

• Kids programming all three days, including story time, face painting, puppet shows, dance parties, magic, learn to draw, (and Kids 10 and under are free every day with paid adult)

• World-famous Wizard World Comic Con Adult Costume Contest, Saturday at 7 p.m. and Kids Costume Contests on Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.

• Cosplay with special guests OhMySophii, Nightingale Vixen, Silverlining, DevouringDark, Galaxy Amethyst, Smolder and more, throughout the weekend

• Cosplay and Industry Workshops (Resin Casting, Pokémon, Sculpting, Worbla, Wiz Art, Duct Tape, Social Media), require additional ticket

Unless noted, programming events take place in the designated General Programming Rooms or show floor stages at the convention center. VIP tickets or additional costs may apply to ensure access to select activities, as noted.

Wizard World Comic Con general admission is $79.95 for three days, or $39.95 Friday, $49.5 Saturday or $44.95 Sunday. Kids 10 and under are admitted free with paid adult.
