Tuesday, April 16, 11am-1pm, Ohio Statehouse

Housing is more difficult as rents and home prices rise and there are fewer options available. More and more Ohio families are forced to choose between rent, food, and other necessities. The housing crisis has been slowly growing for a generation and only exacerbated by the pandemic.

As people of faith, we work to love and support our neighbors in need but cannot do it alone. We believe that through bi-partisan cooperation we can center the voices of Ohioans struggling to find safe, decent, and affordable housing and solve the growing housing crisis in Ohio.

Speakers include:

Senator Michelle Reynolds, Senate Select Committee on Housing, Chair

Senator Hearcel Craig, Senate Select Committee on Housing, Ranking Member

Amy Riegel, Executive Director, Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio (COHHIO)

Faith Leader Keynote:

Bishop Timothy Clarke, First Church of God
