Please join us for our annual Members’ Meeting. This meeting will be an opportunity for our members to make their voices heard and to democratically elect our 2018 Board of Trustees. We want as many of our members as possible to attend this meeting to make sure that we are able to hear your issues of concern and to make sure that our board is as representative of our community as a whole as we can make it.

There are a number of board seats up for election, so if you are a member in good standing and would like to run for the board, please let the President know at president@hcco.org so that we know about your interest in advance.

Anyone is welcome to this event, but only members in good standing will be eligible to vote. If you want to join as a member, please visit hcco.org/join and sign up for one of the many membership opportunities we have. This is a great time of the year to join as a member because it allows you to support and have a vote in our organization and it also gives you an opportunity to purchase discount tickets for our Winter Solstice Celebration next month. Don’t miss out!

Join us at 11:30am for free fruit, bagels, pastries, and coffee in the meeting room; the formal program will begin at 12noon.

Parking is in front of the building or across the street in the Staples parking lot.
