Tuesday, November 14, 7-9pm, Gateway Film Center, 1550 N. High St.

“Inhabit” has been called the best film about permaculture ever made. This documentary introduces permaculture, a design method that offers an ecological lens for solving issues related to agriculture, economics, governance, and more. This film asks the question, “What if we could meet human needs while increasing the health and well-being of our planet?”

Learn about projects and solutions in the Midwest and discover what is possible for the future. Can permaculture methods restore our monocropped soils? Can permaculture methods be applied to vegan farms? Can permaculture methods actually draw down carbon from the atmosphere and store it in soils enough to slow and even reverse climate change?

A panel of experts will answer questions following the screening. This evening will be “free popcorn night” at the Gateway!

Simply Living will exhibit in the Gateway lobby and will sell tickets for a $5.00 donation. See you there!
