This panel discussion brings together three path-breaking artists from “Art after Stonewall, 1969-1989” — Lyle Ashton Harris, Kaucyila Brooke, and Harmony Hammond — for a public conversation about queer practice in contemporary art. The panel invites these artists to unpack and expand on their work in the exhibition, and to explore questions of identity, sexuality, and visibility. Co-moderated by Jian Neo Chen, OSU Associate Professor of English; and Daniel Marcus, Columbus Museum of Art Roy Lichtenstein Curatorial Fellow.

The cost of this program is free with advanced registration or $5 for non-members and is free for members.

In conjunction with the “Art after Stonewall, 1969-1989” exhibition that will be on display, March 6 to May 31, at the Columbus Museum of Art.
