This conference is being held to bring awareness to the community of the obstacles and barriers that returning citizens face, and their need of the community’s support to overcome those barriers, by having available the resources needed to obtain stability so that they may succeed.

Speakers:

• Mike Davis, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Office of Reentry and Enterprise Development

• Warden Norm Robinson, Franklin Medical Center

• Franklin County Commissioner Marilyn Brown

• A representative from the “Elect Cassandra McDonald for State Representative” campaign

• Bob Allen, speaking on “Pros and Cons”

• Chaplain Tim Smith, Marion Correctional Institution

• Wendy Tarr, Restored Citizens and Communities for Change

• Jerome McCorry, President of The Adam Project, Inc.

Tables with information about local community businesses and community outreach programs will be set up during this event. There will be no charge for this event; however, the option to donate, to help support our reentering citizens, will be made available.
