1) SALMON - Baked Atlantic Salmon with creamed potatoes and pan roasted asparagus
2) CHICKEN - Breaded chicken breast with creamed potatoes and saute vegetable medely
3) VEGAN - Butternut squash alfredo with crisped kale and seasonal vegetables
