Friday, November 10, 7-10pm, Ohio Art League X Space, 400 W. Rich St.

Keep Wayne Wild’s traveling art exhibit, “Off The Trail, A Conceptual Walk In Wayne National Forest,” comes to Columbus!

Keep Wayne Wild [KWW] is a group of dedicated volunteers working to protect the Wayne National Forest [WNF] from predatory gas extraction activities. KWW works to highlight the beauty and intrinsic value of the Wayne National Forest. It is well-known that people will protect what they love, and to that end, we have created “Off the Trail: A Conceptual Walk in Wayne National Forest.” It is our goal to showcase all that is wild and visually powerful about Ohio’s only national forest.

This November 10 art exhibition opening will be held, 7-10pm, at the Ohio Art League X Space, 400 W. Rich St., during Franklinton Second Friday. This collection of art features Ohio artists who directly draw inspiration from the Wayne National Forest, which is located in southeastern Ohio.

This collection is compiled by Keep Wayne Wild [KWW], a group of dedicated volunteers working to protect Wayne National Forest [WNF] from predatory gas extraction activities. Through this show, KWW seeks to raise awareness about the beauty, conflict, history, and resilience of Ohio’s only National Forest.

Hosted by Keep Wayne Wild.
