Wednesday, November 14, 11:45am-1pm, Ohio Statehouse

Join us as we call upon our state lawmakers to pass LGBTQ-inclusive nondiscrimination protections. Ohioans of faith from all backgrounds and religious traditions support LGBTQ-inclusion and believe that we are all children of God.

The Ohio Fairness Act (House Bill 160) would extend basic civil rights protections to LGBTQ Ohioans. If passed into law, it would make it illegal to discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression in employment, housing, and public accommodations.

We need to show up now! Time is quickly running out. We have until the end of the year (just under two months!) to pass the Ohio Fairness Act into law. Please join us as we gather at the Statehouse on Wednesday, Nov. 14, to rally in support of the Ohio Fairness Act.

All are welcome! Bring friends, co-workers, family and the whole congregation!

• Bring signs if you want but leave the sticks at home (sticks aren’t allowed at the Statehouse).

• If you have vestments, wear them!

• Tag pictures with #OHFairnessAct.

• Parking is available at the Statehouse garage or take the free CBUS to the Statehouse.

Hosted by Equality Ohio.
