You can read it here.  for now The radioactive waste being stored at the closed San Onofre nuclear generating station in Southern California should be moved from the beachfront; transferred to more robust casks; and stored on higher ground in a secured building on the Camp Pendleton Marine base. Please sign the petition to Democratic House Leader, Nancy Pelosi (CA) and California Senator, Kamala Harris to get this done. Nuclear waste will never be safe, but this move is the least worst option.
