Session Three: Building Community While Hate Invades Places of Worship: What Can We Do?

11-11:15am: Networking opportunity and resources will be available.

11:15am-12:30pm: Join us as Cantor Jack Chomsky of Congregation Tifereth Israel and Commissioner Imran Malik of Noor Islamic Cultural Center lead an interactive conversation on hate crimes, prejudice based on a person’s religion, and how we can work together to heal.

12:30-1:00pm: Audience members will have the opportunity to work in groups to discuss what they have learned and to brainstorm strategies to eliminate religious persecution in our community.

Please bring your lunch; light refreshments will be provided.

In conjunction with 2019 “Lunch and Learn” series. The June 20 “Lunch and Learn” program will focus on Religion.
