Columbus Muslim Youth Townhall is today at 3 pm. Jasmin, Siyat and others are looking forward to meet with moms/dads,sister/brothers, neighbors and friends who would care for them and other at-risk youth that need help, protection, shelter, love and peace right here in Columbus. If you are one of those compassionate individuals, then please come over along with your family and friends. Your taking 2 hours out for them will make a lifetime impact on them, especially on Jasmin who is struggling very hard to become a better Muslim, a successful, productive citizen. We have invited all major mosques and Muslim organizations to this townhall. We are hoping that all of them will appreciate the importance of the event and will send at least one representative to take notes and to speak on their behalf. We are on a mission of uniting our community behind our vulnerable youth and their families. Please register yourself now and come over for this historic, one of its kind event in Columbus.
Parking is also Free. We will provide with the Parking passes.

FORMAT:
The purpose of this event is to break the silence about several issues that Muslim youth in Columbus face on daily basis. Several youth will share their personal stories. Main youth speakers include Jasmin Osman, Siyat Mohamed and Fariha Tayyab. They will share their personal stories and the stories of those they have helped.
We have invited the leadership of all major mosques in the area and the elected officials.
We will have a seat on the stage for each invited guest. The names of the guests/mosques/orgs will be posted on their Seat. Youth will share their stories first. Adult leaders will be given a chance to respond to their stories in their own speeches. Youth questions will be followed after the first round of speeches. Leaders will have five minutes each to highlight the contribution of their organization in addressing the specific issues raised by the youth.
