Professor John Quigley will present information on the investigation by the International Court of Justice into Israeli War Crimes. Dr. Quigley is an expert in the area of international law and was recently invited to speak at the United Nations Security Council in New York on the continuing Israeli-Palestinian conflict, speaking at length about the legality of the Israel settlements. Quigley, who graduated from Harvard Law School in 1966, joined the faculty at Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University in 1969. Professor Quigley is active in international human rights work. His numerous publications include books and articles on human rights, the United Nations, war and peace, east European law, African law, and the Arab-Israeli conflict. In 1995 he was recipient of The Ohio State University Distinguished Scholar Award. He formerly held the title of President’s Club Professor of Law.
