This CLE [Continuing Legal Education] will provide an overview of the current state of Ohio’s cash bail system and the path to reform. We will briefly cover the history of the pretrial period, what happens currently across Ohio, the consequences of these practices, and what can change.

1.25 CLE [Continuing Legal Education] hours will be offered for this program. This event is free and open to the public.
