CAIR [Council on American-Islamic Relations] Ohio is proud to announce our new monthly legal clinic providing record sealing assistance to the community. Due to COVID-19, clinics are currently held virtually via Zoom.

Summer Schedule:

• Sunday, July 11

• Sunday, August 15th

Record-sealing, often called expungement, allows eligible individuals to have their criminal records sealed from the public eye. This process is vital for providing people the opportunities they need to re-enter and reconnect with their communities.

Arrests, misdemeanors, and even some low-level felonies may be eligible for expungement.

Our staff and trained volunteers will help:

• determine whether you are eligible to have your criminal record sealed,

• help you complete the record-sealing application,

• and answer any questions you may have about the process.
