With the upcoming repeal of Roe v. Wade by the Supreme Court, abortion will likely be criminalized in over half the country. This atrocity is a culmination of decades of attacks on reproductive rights by right-wing politicians and Christian reactionary zealots. The whittling away of reproductive rights has hit hardest against working class and oppressed people.

Reproductive rights are being significantly curtailed to strengthen patriarchy and attack the victories of feminist and queer struggles. In these four decades of struggle, the Democratic Party has completely refused to enshrine the right to abortion at a national level.

All of this means we need to fight to build a militant reproductive justice movement like the ones that have swept Latin America. The time for relying on hypocritical politicians and capitalist courts is over.

We invite you to join Central Ohio Revolutionary Socialists as we seek to understand the significance of this attack on abortion rights and discuss how we can win reproductive justice for all.
