LGBTQ+ communities have achieved significant progress thanks to the tireless efforts of advocates and leaders who have championed their cause. Their unwavering commitment has not only created positive changes on a large scale but also served as a reminder to everyone that they are not alone and their voice matters.

However, becoming an advocate or leader in LGBTQ+ communities can be a challenging and uncertain journey, especially in healthcare. In this episode, we are fortunate to have a panel of exceptional guests who will share their personal stories about how they began their journey and navigated the road to LGBTQ+ advocacy and leadership.

They will also highlight valuable resources that can help others who are ready to take the first step towards advocacy and leadership in healthcare and other areas. Join us as we celebrate the inspiring journey of these LGBTQ+ advocates and leaders and learn how you too can make a positive difference in healthcare and beyond.
