LGBTQ+ communities have achieved significant progress thanks to the tireless efforts of advocates and leaders who have championed their cause. Their unwavering commitment has not only created positive changes on a large scale but also served as a reminder to everyone that they are not alone and their voice matters.

However, becoming an advocate or leader in LGBTQ+ communities can be a challenging and uncertain journey, especially in healthcare. In this episode, we are fortunate to have a panel of exceptional guests who will share their personal stories about how they began their journey and navigated the road to LGBTQ+ advocacy and leadership.

They will also highlight valuable resources that can help others who are ready to take the first step towards advocacy and leadership in healthcare and other areas.
