Tyreese R. McAllister is a transformational therapist, a dynamic trainer, and a bestselling author. She owns Clinical and Forensic Associates, Inc. CFA transforms public safety systems by supporting law enforcement personnel on and off duty. She trains officers in best practices to work with vulnerable citizens and provides treatment to first responders and their families.

When the McAllisters’ l8-year-old daughter, Ayana, was killed by gun violence, she and her husband founded the Ayana J. McAllister Legacy Foundation to combat gun violence in communities disproportionately impacted by gun violence by providing advocacy and education strategies.
