Tuesday, October 10, 7-8:30pm, The Citadel, 1761 Parsons Ave.

“Inhale/Exhale” is a safe space for progressive organizers to learn tools to heal and process the work and all that comes with it. “Inhale/Exhale” is a restorative healing space for organizers in the progressive and left ecosystem in the Central Ohio area, but we welcome folks from out of town!

In this installment, we will be discussing all things neurodiversity! We will review neurodiversity and regulating our senses. So many people in our community are neurodivergent and/or support a loved one who is. Come learn what that means and ways that we can all support ourselves with different sensory techniques.

Come meditate and share ideas with your community on a good post-action plan and ways that we can seek support when needed at Ohio Voice’s September’s “Inhale/Exhale.” We would love for you to honor your body, mind, and work by joining us for a moment of rest and healing.
