The next gas suffocation execution is set for 6pm on September 26, when the state of Alabama plans to use nitrogen gas in a normally life-saving respirator mask made by Allegro Industries to smother Alan Miller.

On Monday morning, Death Penalty Action is partnering with Worth Rises and other local and national groups to deliver your petitions to the corporate headquarters of the parent company that owns Allegro Industries, which to-date has refused to disavow the use of their product for killing prisoners. We'll be live-streaming the event on our Facebook and Twitter, and we hope for a positive outcome.
