Wednesday, March 19, 8pm, this on-line event requires advance registration
During the past two months, members of the Trump Administration have moved quickly to implement the Project 2025 agenda to put money in the pockets of CEOs and billionaires by weakening our contracts and our union rights.
Join us for a virtual town hall on Wednesday, March 19 to discuss the ways that these actions could make it more difficult to enforce our contracts and what we can do to protect our rights.
During the town hall we’ll:
• Take an in-depth look at the role the NLRB [National Labor Relations Board] plays in our ability to bargain and protect our contracts.
• Discuss the progress that CEOs like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos have made toward preventing the Board from enforcing labor laws by firing key officials and shutting down regional offices.
• Explain how Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s termination of the TSA Officers’ collective bargaining agreement fits into plans to ban public sector unions.
• Discuss what you can do to fight back and the importance of continuing to mobilize for strong contracts and help new members organize to join our union.
Our union has faced many challenges over the course of our history. Corporations have never stopped trying to gain more control over our lives by attacking our freedom to join unions and bargain contracts. Join us on March 19 for more information on the latest attacks and to join other CWA members and retirees in the fight to protect our hard-won rights.
