Don't Buy Starbucks and coffee spilling

From Democratic Socialists of America:

Union Starbucks workers across the country are launching a nationwide strike today, Thursday, November 13. More than a year after the company stopped bargaining in good faith, stonewalling any progress at the table, Starbucks Workers United (SBWU) members in 19 cities across 14 states will go on the picket lines at Red Cup Rallies. The SBWU strike will keep going until the company comes to the table.

Local Strike: Starbucks Union Rally
Join Starbucks union baristas in Central Ohio, for their Red Cup Rally this Thursday, Nov 13, at 4pm at Starbucks (1085 W 5th Ave). Starbucks Workers United baristas are fired up and ready to do whatever it takes to secure a fair union contract and resolve unfair labor practices, including striking if necessary. On Starbucks’ busiest sales day of the year, we’re coming together to show visible community support for union baristas. The more of us there, the stronger the message!
Can you join us at the rally and help us recruit for it as well? Invite at least two people to join you so we can show Starbucks that the community backs baristas.

Here’s three more things you can do right now and in the next week to brew up solidarity:

This strike launch is just the beginning. Unless the company comes to the table, we know that SBWU members will keep organizing, escalating, and fighting back.
