When President Biden approved the use of supersonic Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) to strike Russia, he placed in jeopardy the national security of the United States, the safety of our troops abroad and violated the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 8, which provides that only Congress can declare war.

Biden has made a decision to insert the U.S. into an unambiguous, escalatory phase, using the territory of Ukraine to attack Russia directly with missiles which can reach 190 miles deep.  This is an illegal act by the President which puts our nation on a path to war with Russia.  

The American people voted for Trump to end the wars. Biden apparently wants to end the world. Trump is listening to the American people. Biden is listening to NATO’s malignant agenda. 

Trump has put America’s interests for peace and prosperity first. 

No President has the right to use unilateral executive authority to permit a U.S. missile strike against another nation. It invites a retaliatory attack.  It is an impeachable offense.

Congress, as a co-equal branch of government, must act now:

BANGKOK, Thailand -- President-elect Trump's blistering portrayal of illegal immigrants eating cats and dogs, plus his tough threats of steep tariffs against China, are expected to intimidate Asians hoping to move to the U.S. or profit from Chinese-U.S. trade.

Mr. Trump's victory however may bring some relief for the leaders of three authoritarian, pro-China, Southeast Asian nations -- Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia.

"In his first term, he [Trump] did not exhibit interest in the promotion of democracy or human rights," Kantathi Suphamongkhon, a Thai former foreign minister, said in an interview. "This tendency is expected to continue.

"Governments in Southeast Asia with human rights or democracy issues will feel less or no pressure on this front," Mr. Kantathi said.

Those leaders could expect a much less confrontational Washington responding to their countries' lack of fair elections, free speech, and other human rights which are often highlighted by Democratic administrations.

Israel denied two critically injured journalists to leave Gaza for life-saving treatments. Fadi Al-Wahidi and Ali Attar, two injured cameramen of Al-Jazeera TV, are fighting for their lives after they received serious injuries that required treatment outside Gaza. Israel refused repeated requests by Al-Jazeera and human rights groups to grant the journalists an urgent medical travel permit without offering a reason.

Now, the family of journalist Fadi Al-Wahidi has entered an open hunger strike to protest Israel's denial of his right to travel for treatment. His cancer-stricken mother made a passionate appeal for help to all news organizations, human rights groups, and public officials. She stated that she would take part in the hunger strike.  

Under the rules of war and international humanitarian law, Israelis are obligated to treat the occupied people humanely and protect the wounded and the sick. 

Both Fadi, 24, and Ali, 27, were intentionally targeted by the IOF while they were documenting the Israeli war crimes in Gaza. In addition, both journalists have the right to receive treatment.
