Yo, Yost, no one is eating dogs and cats in Springfield! No one is eating dead geese or ducks either. Please stop the mad hysteria! AG Yost should grow a backbone instead and defend Springfield, Ohio and not spread fake news started by Donald Trump.

COTA information

The City of Columbus, the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), as some would argue, are making a $6 billion dollar bet on the LinkUS November 5 levy vote. More specifically, that dudes are going to give up their monster trucks or Dodge Chargers for “BRTs” or Bus Rapid Transit. While others are going to relinquish their Audis, Mercedes and Tesla’s, even as the numbers of these luxury cars are increasing on Columbus freeways and streets.

Ditching your ride for a bicycle and a bus will not apply to everyone, insists COTA spokesperson Jeff Pullin, but they’re hoping many Columbus residents get on board and leave their car in the garage or forgo a car altogether.

“We are not asking everybody to give up their car, but we know there are people out there, especially people who are younger, who are not really wanting to take on that cost of the car. It costs upward to $600 to $700 a month to have a car in some cases,” he said to the Free Press.

BANGKOK, Thailand -- Thailand's new Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra, 38, is the daughter of a coup-toppled, convicted, former international fugitive and prime minister, Thaksin Shinawatra, 74, who is perceived as trying to manipulate her new populous, capitalist-friendly coalition government.

"I insist he is not trying to dominate," Prime Minister Paetongtarn ["peh-tong-tarn"] told reporters after parliament elected her on Aug. 16.

"I can think for myself."

If proven in the nine-judge Constitutional Court that Mr. Thaksin is influencing, guiding, or dominating his daughter or their Pheu Thai (For Thais) Party, he could be jailed, the party dissolved, and her government finished.

"Her weakness is being Thaksin's daughter," Rangsit University Political Science lecturer Wanwichit Boonprong said in an interview.

Mr. Thaksin "has many political enemies," Mr. Wanwichit said.

Ms. Paetongtarn has little political experience except witnessing the ugly, treacherous fate of her father and aunt.

A furore has erupted in North America over reports that Russia will expand its armed forces of 1.32 million by a new 180,000 men. This will bring Russia close to China’s armed forces of about 2 million active soldiers.
The pro-war right in the US and Europe are trumpeting this increase as a prelude to a coming East-West war. ‘The Reds are Coming’ goes the old Cold War chorus.

We have over 20,000 signers on our petition against gas suffocation executions, but so far as we can tell, you are not one of them.
