I pranced off the bus at Yellow Springs Brewery Columbus at Indianola. I entered. I saw a sign for Meatless Mondays.

Monday = Half-off Vegan Food Mondays

I smiled. Craft beer is a almost barista pastry and/or relaxing buzz. Food is a necessity lifestyle.

Meatless Monday implied plant-based food is obtainable and cost effective.

I rode the number 4 while walking up 161 from the Worthington Library. I finished errands. I picked up a series of French New Wave Shorts. Winter is for watching Barbillion, Doniol-Valcroze, Godard, Pialat, Truffaut, Varda etc.

I saw the Yellow Springs Columbus Columbus Brewery Sign off Indianola. I’ve read Dave Chappelle, Coretta Scott King, Winona LaDuke, Francis Cress Welsing, and John Robbins. I’ve known several women who attended OSU after Antioch. I figured Yellow Springs Brewery would offer me booze. I entered. I saw a table sign for Meatless Mondays.

Meatless Monday = Half-off Vegan Food.

I perused the vegan things which could interact with my body.

I contemplated consumption.

I haven’t eaten No Tuna recently. I ordered No Tuna which came with fries.

I looked at the beers. I showed up in the afternoon. I didn’t feel like drinking. I drank. I’ve ordered Yellow Springs Boat Show. Yellow Springs Boat is an IPA. I wanna try the Yellow Springs Boysenberry Splash back.

If someone teaches me about plant-based craft beers, I would review plant-based beers, if I would receive free plant based beer.

There aren’t any TVs inside Yellow Springs Columbus Brewery. A bar without television in the winter is almost like sipping libations or eating plant-based vittles in a cabin.

I received my No Tuna sandwich and fries. The No Tuna tasted delicious, the bread browned on both sides by exposure to radiant heat. The No Tuna held a consistency which didn’t imitate stale fish. Plant-based No Tuna is Purity instead of pungent. No tuna enjoyed a delectable noshing. The fries were crisp, and scrumptious. I declared Meatless Mondays at Yellow Springs Columbus as a new bliss.

I returned for the Yellow Springs Columbus Black Bean Burger. The Black Bean Burger almost seamed quinoa or falafel in body but solid while keeping a solid texture. Yellow Spring’s Columbus black bean burger is rounder, and almost beige in comparison with a frozen black bean store veggie burger. I didn’t feel like drinking. I ordered a cola. The fries were crisp, and scrumptious.
