The discussion will start at 7:00 PM and conclude by 8:30 PM.  Forum participants include Carl Aveni, a Columbus attorney who is a candidate for the General division of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County. He is a well-known trial attorney with extensive experience in court procedure and practice. He will provide a nonpartisan review of rules, standards, conventions, and traditions associated with impeachment.  Professor Peter Shane is Jacob E. Davis and Jacob E. Davis II Chair of Law in the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University. He has extensive experience in administrative law, has served on several national panels and received National Science Foundation grant support for his research on cyberspace and democracy.
