Time to Transition

I am seriously looking for a sustainably minded individual with solid skill sets and experiences in sustainability or similar who is interested in a hands-on management position to come into TCE and by September 2023 take over my three driving routes along with my other marketing and administrative duties – hiring, staff management, payroll, customer service, accounting, purchasing, etc.

The opportunity includes the possible transitioning of ownership as well. That plan, if it should occur, includes a small up-front investment to show commitment. I will self-finance the rest and am looking long term at simply conveying ownership by way of a gift to all TCE employees who are serious about a long term commitment to fulfilling our mission - at least a 5 year outlook.
