We, at MY Project USA, invite you to join us for a special CommUnity Iftar & Fundraiser to foster Kinship and Strengthen our Village to Protect & Empower the most vulnerable in our community. Calling on community leaders, elected officials, interfaith and corporate leaders to join hands for a collaborative & transformative action.
This gathering is not just about breaking bread; it is about breaking barriers. Ramadan calls for reflection, renewal, and a commitment to justice, much like many other faith-based practices. These traditions remind us of sacrifice and the responsibility to care for our neighbors. Now, more than ever, we must hold high the flag of Kinship for Youth.
This event will bring together interfaith, corporate, and government leaders as a public declaration that we stand united against hate and division. Your presence will not only be a show of support—it will be a statement that in the face of fear, we choose courage; in the presence of hate, we choose love; in a time of division, we choose CommUnity & Kinship.
The proceeds of this event will support the youth and families served by MY Project USA.
Please confirm your attendance at this crucial gathering. Together, we can show our youth that they are seen, they are valued, and they belong.
Please note that the location of the event is kept secret for the sake of privacy. It will be mailed to the guests before the event.
With deep respect and urgency,
Zerqa Abid
Executive Director, MY Project USA
