Tuesday, January 28, 2020, 7:00 – 8:30 PM
Please join us on Tuesday as we welcome Heather Taylor-Miesle and Nathan Johnson from the Ohio Environmental Council. Heather and Nathan will give us an update on Ohio issues, with a focus on the Wayne National Forest. The Ohio Environmental Council (OEC) has led many of the state's major environmental policy wins over the past 50 years. As we tackle climate change, the OEC family of organizations continues to develop and ensure the implementation of forward-thinking, science-based, pragmatic solutions to secure healthy air, land, and water for all who call Ohio home. We'll have a conversation about OEC's critical work in communities across the state and learn about efforts to protect important bird habitat in the Wayne National Forest, Ohio's largest public forest.  Location:  Grange Insurance Audubon Center, 505 W. Whittier St., Columbus 43215.  Facebook
