Coalitions are essentially partnerships at the organizational level. We form these superstructures in order to mobilize multiple groups of people at once in pursuit of the same goal. In progressive work, where the intersection of multiple identities is a crucial part of our philosophy, coalitions allow us to represent the needs and concerns of a more inclusive community, and ultimately get wins for more people more quickly.  Register here.
