This bill is a blatant attempt to put corporate profits before the needs of Ohio residents. HB6 proposes an additional fee to our electric bills to collect $300 million from Ohio residents to help prop-up FirstEnergy's uneconomic nuclear plants, while also cutting support for energy efficiency.   Ohio legislators need to get the message that Ohioans are tired of attempts to put the needs of utility companies before the well-being of Ohio electricity customers.
