During the Kasich administration, Ohio has gone from 16 abortion providers to 8, and one of them needs your help immediately.   Toledo's only abortion clinic has complied with John Kasich's demands, but Capital Care Network needs one more thing: the Ohio Department of Health must restore their license.   In 2014, in a politically-motivated effort to obstruct abortion access, John Kasich's Department of Health used medically unnecessary regulations to revoke the license for Capital Care Network. A legal battle ensued. Last week, ProMedica signed a transfer agreement with Capital Care. The signed transfer agreement satisfies Kasich's medically unnecessary demands. Now the Ohio Department of Health must restore Capital Care's license, or people in Northwest Ohio may not be able to access abortion care in their community.    Please contact the Director of the Ohio Department of Health (Tweet him, too!) and ask him to restore Capital Care's license immediately.Efforts to further obstruct access to safe and legal abortion care must end.   Complete the form to send your email to protect access to safe and legal abortion in Toledo!
