The story of food waste. This wonderful documentary produced by and starring the late Anthony Bourdain aims to change the way people buy, cook, and eat food showcasing how we can all make small - and delicious - changes to reduce food waste. After the panel we'll be raffling off two excellent cookbooks.  Cost is free to all, with a $5 recommended donation for professionals to cover the screening cost of the movie.
