Tuesday, May 10, 9am-4pm, Trinity Episcopal Church, 125 E. Broad St.

The time is now for Ohioans to experience real pretrial justice! Join the ACLU of Ohio, along with a broad coalition of partner organizations, on Tuesday, May 10, for a day of conversation and power building at the Ohio Statehouse.

Every story is impactful and our legislators need to hear why you support true bail reform.

Connect with like-minded Ohioans and attend our first Bail Reform Lobby Day at the Ohio Statehouse.

We need to collectively voice our opposition to the regressive “bad” bail bills, H.B. 607 and H.J.R. 2, and collectively voice our support for the true reform bills, S.B. 182 and H.B. 315. We cannot allow self-serving politicians to use divisive rhetoric and blur the lines between cash bail and public safety.

It’s important to remember that the Ohio Statehouse is the People’s House and we can reclaim the narrative on bail reform and exercise our power for the sake of pretrial justice.
