We are partnering with Central Ohio Harm Reduction to present a free training on naloxone (Narcan) and overdose prevention on Tuesday, June 4, 6:30-7:30pm, at the Columbus Metropolitan Library Driving Park Branch and via Zoom.

This free community training is open to all who are looking to build their community safety skills and will draw from the principles of harm reduction to inform attendees on how to use naloxone to prevent overdoses and be trauma-informed in our work.
Accessibility information:
• Masks remain required for all Community Pride events and will be provided at the door. We encourage everyone to test before coming and will have limited rapid tests available at the door. Please do not attend if you test positive, are sick, or if you have been around someone who is sick. Please do not attend if there is concern that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 recently.
• There is a wheelchair-accessible entrance at the main entrance to the library off of Livingston Ave. and Kelton Ave.
• There is free parking in the lot behind the library off of Kelton Ave. and Livingston Ave.
• This event will also be streamed via Zoom. Closed captions will be available.
This is a required training for Community Pride safety volunteers.
