Sunday, April 11, 1-3pm, this on-line event requires advance registration

The second Creative Bakes class is cookies! Learn from award-winning cookie baker, Liz Martin, on how to make your ultimate chocolate chip or any kind of drop cookie. You’ll leave with a one-bowl cookie recipe you can count on plus another recipe for when you’re near your mixer.

You’ll also get a lesson on how to make adjustments to recipes to make your cookies the way you like them. Want them more crispy? More chewy? Thicker? Thinner? Cakey? You’ll learn how to get them there in this two-hour hands-on workshop.

You’ll leave with cookie dough ready to bake, or chill, or portion and freeze. It will yield about 24 2oz cookies.

What you’ll receive in class to take home:

• A mixing bowl

• All ingredients to make our one-bowl chocolate chip cookies

• Recipes, Instructions, and cookies hacks

• Flakey Salt and parchment for future baking

What you’ll need at home:

• An oven

• Sheet tray

• Oven Mitt / Hot Pads

Nice to have:

• Digital food scale

This class requires mask-wearing. Children 10 and older are permitted with a parent.

You may BYOB.
