The Care and Share Time Bank (CSTB) is proud to present author Dr. Paul Robinson, Ph.D., on “Global Warming: Can it be Stopped,” on Saturday, July 16, 12:45pm [doors open at 12:30pm], at First Unitarian Universalist Church, 93 W. Weisheimer Rd.
He will discuss:
1. The psychological mechanisms of denial
2. The battle for truth and why it is so important that we win it
3. Is climate change the moral imperative of our time?
Dr. Robinson’s book, Global Warming: Can It Be Stopped?, explores the science, psychology, and the morality of climate change. Dr. Robinson is a psychologist and a former science teacher; he has been exploring the science of global warming and its impact on future generations.
The event is free to all. Freewill donations at the event will be appreciated and will support the work of the Care and Share Time Bank.
