Join us Saturday, April 26 to hear the stories of various healthcare providers and how their experiences have shaped their beliefs, values, and advocacy work. Have the opportunity to share your story with us, too!

Participants include:

Brad Cotton, MD has spent decades on the front lines of our failing healthcare system as a paramedic and Emergency Room physician. He recently ran for State Representative from the Circleville area.

Matt Noordsij-Jones, MD is a primary care physician with experience working within a federally qualified health center as well as, more recently, private practice.

Amber Prater, MPH, CHES is a fourth-year medical student at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton and recent recipient of the Smiddie Healthcare Justice Award. Her passions lie in building sustainable changes to overcome healthcare barriers.

Nancy McCrickard, ND, RN practiced hospital nursing primarily in post-partum and women’s health followed by twenty years as a school nurse in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Recently, she has practiced as a nurse educator and has volunteered with the unhoused in Cleveland.
