Thursday, January 14, 7pm, this on-line event requires advance registration

The new Ohio legislative session began January 4, 2021. It will be an exciting year in Ohio with legislation that is guaranteed to impact our daily lives — from LGBTQ rights to roads to reproductive rights to First Amendment rights and more. The legislature will be shaping our post-pandemic society here in Ohio.

Join Larry Bressler (Organize! Ohio), Teresa Mills (Buckeye Environmental Network) and Rev. Joan VanBecelaere (UUJO) for a webinar about how a bill becomes law and the many opportunities and methods available to you to have your voice heard at the Ohio Legislature.

Please register in advance for the webinar by using this link.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about joining the meeting.

As UUJO and our partners continue to oppose legislation threatening to take away our First Amendment rights, we will be asking Ohioans to join us. We will be sharing information and actions as we move into the new legislative session, starting in January 2021.
