Where: Franklin Park Conservatory’s Wells Barn. Google Maps says that the address is 1851 E. Broad St.; however, that address will take you to the wrong place. We recommend using 1777 E. Broad St. as the address and then following the signs within Franklin Park to get to The Wells Barn [which is southeast of the Franklin Park Conservatory].

What: Learn practical ways that you can reduce food waste, save money, and help the planet! See friends, network with like-minded people, and enjoy a cooking demonstration on how to repurpose food scraps and get the most out of your food. Learn about food package recycling, composting at home, food waste drop-off locations in Franklin County, and other resources that are available through the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO), the sponsor of this event. You will leave informed and hungry for more!
